Pressure Sand Filter:
It is recommended to remove suspended solids & undissolved impurities .

Activated Carbon Filter:
It is used for water & Waste Water purification for different applications like BOD, removal of color, smell, odour and turbidity. Activated carbon (AC) is a natural material derived from bituminous coal, lignite, wood, coconut shell and is activated by steam & other means.

Iron Removal Filter:
The presence of iron is probably the most common water problem faced by consumers and water treatment professionals. The secondary (aesthetic) maximum contaminant levels (MCL) for iron and manganese are 0.3 milligrams per liter (mg/l) and 0.05 mg/l, respectively. Iron and manganese in excess of the suggested maximum contaminant levels (MCL) usually results in discolored water, laundry, and plumbing fixtures.To minimise the iron contamination, we use Iron removal filter.

Softener:
Water softening method is by iron exchange process. Softening plant is used to soften the water, by removing the minerals that cause the water to be hard. Minerals like calcium and magnesium present in the water in their carbonates and bi-carbonates form makes the water hard which creates many problems when it is used in industrial as well as in other domestic purposes.

DM Plant

Demineralization or Deionisation is the process of removing mineral salts from water by using the ion exchange process. With most natural water sources it is possible to use Demineralisation and produce water of a higher quality than conventional distillation. They are available in different sizes and materials, manually operated or fully Automatic, & ready to install & are available as standard models or custom built versions for specific needs. 

Operating Principle 
A Typical two-bed DM Plant consists of two FRP/MS Rubber lined Pressure vessels connected in series along with its internal fittings. The first unit consists of high capacity strongly acidic cation exchange resin, which converts positive ions of salt and replaces them with hydrogen ions to form respective acids, which are absorbed in next vessel by strongly basic anion exchange resin. The water obtained by this process shows conductivity less than 20 µ S / cm at 25o C and total dissolved solids less than 10 ppm.

Further high purity water can be achieved by Mixed Bed Deionisers, which are designed to produce high purity treated water. They can be used as polishing units after two bed DM Plant to obtain high purity water. Mixed Bed Deionisers are single column units, filled with strongly acidic cation and strongly basic anion exchange resins mixed together.

Reverse Osmosis Plant Industrial

We provide Reverse Osmosis Plants which are based on the reverse osmosis process to clean impure water. Reverse osmosis is the process of forcing a solvent from a region of high solute concentration through a membrane to a region of low solute concentration by applying a pressure in excess of the osmotic pressure. As Reverse Osmosis does not occur naturally, it must be created by applying pressure to the high solids water in order to force it through the membrane, with pressures from 8 - 14 bar for fresh and brackish water, and 40 - 70 bar for seawater, which has around 24 bar (350 psi) natural osmotic pressure which must be overcome. The membranes used for reverse osmosis have a dense polymer barrier layer in which separation takes place.

UV Water Treatment

Ultra-violet (UV) treatment is the disinfection process of passing water by a special light source. Immersed in the water in a protective transparent sleeve, the special light source emits UV waves that can inactivate harmful microorganisms. This method of treatment is growing in popularity because it does not necessarily require the addition of chemicals.

UV systems alone are neither intended to treat water that is visually contaminated nor intended to convert wastewater to safe, microbiologically potable water.
How does UV treatment work?

The ultra-violet rays, similar to the sun's UV but stronger, alter the nucleic acid (DNA) of viruses, bacteria, molds or parasites, so that they cannot reproduce and are considered inactivated.


Ozone Water Treatment

Ozone is a colorless gas that has an odor similar to smell of the air after a major thunderstorm.
It has a greater disinfection effectiveness against bacteria and viruses compared to chlorination. In addition, the oxidizing properties can also reduce the concentration of iron, manganese, sulfur and reduce or eliminate taste and odor problems. Ozone oxides the iron, manganese, and sulfur in the water to form insoluble metal oxides or elemental sulfur. These insoluble particles are then removed by post-filtration. Organic particles and chemicals will be eliminated through either coagulation or chemical oxidation. Ozone is unstable, and it will degrade over a time frame ranging from a few seconds to 30 minutes. The rate of degradation is a function of water chemistry, pH and water temperature.

Sewage Treatment Plant

Sewage treatment is the process that removes the majority of the contaminants from waste-water or sewage and produces both a liquid effluent suitable for disposal to the natural environment and a sludge. To be effective, sewage must be conveyed to a treatment plant by appropriate pipes and infrastructure and the process itself must be subject to regulation and controls.

Other wastewaters require often different and sometimes specialised treatment methods. At the simplest level treatment of sewage and most wastewaters is through separation of solids from liquids, usually by settlement. By progressively converting dissolved material into solid , usually a biological floc and settling this out, an effluent stream of increasing purity is produced.
